New Beginnings

Quartz Creek’s Custom Quality building process breaks into three different steps; Pre-plan, Active building, and Final. This article will discuss the Pre-plan phase.

The Pre-plan meeting:

1. Contact us. We will set up a meeting to discuss your floor plan desires, your budget, and lot availability. We will give you a list of information you will need to obtain and bring to our next meeting. This meeting is generally a information gathering meeting for you as well as QCC.

2. Planning meeting. At this meeting we will review plans, review documents, and go over our QCC contract, design build standards and Builder warranties.

3. Final lot and plan, contract signing, construction down payment, and the first Interior selection meeting.
