The Final Step

You are almost there! By this step you will have completed your final mortgage financing company’s requirements, we will let you know when we are 4 weeks out to completing your home. At this point we will notify you so that you can inform your mortgage company for the final appraisal date.

Phase 1. Exterior landscape meeting with our designer, rough interior and exterior clean, final flooring installations, final exterior grade.

Phase 2. Exterior Sprinkler system, Landscaping installation, exterior concrete and garage clean. Pre-paint touch up and final interior clean, Final building inspection, certificate of occupancy, closing date and time set.

Phase 3. Details Details Details! Home introduction and walk through.

Phase 4. The day you have been waiting for! Closing, keys and home ownership begins. Congratulations!
