BEFORE you have your heart set on "The” house plan. “The“ land. First find out what you can afford. As your builder that’s the first question we will ask. Knowing what you can afford first will dictate the plan you can build and the land you can build it on. A 1500 square foot craftsman with vaulted living room ceilings, a 10-foot exterior plate with floor to ceiling windows, and quartz countertops, does not cost the same as a 1500 sqft. home with a 9’ exterior plate a couple large well-placed windows, granite countertops and 10’ ceilings in the entry and main living areas. It doesn’t mean that you must give up all your dreams or stretch your homes budget beyond what you are qualified to borrow, or feel comfortable borrowing. It just means that you are going to borrow what you can afford, and we will build your home with-in your budget. So, to sum, up get your finances in order first and talk to this guy, Dean Slatev.
