A little over 2 yrs ago we began our custom home build experience with Quartz Creek Homes. We had an idea of what we were looking for in a custom home but just couldn’t pull all the pieces together. Jess and Brandi were fantastic. They listened to what we were thinking about and then gave us some options to look over. They were very patient and not pushy like most builders. They understood this would be our forever home and wanted to ensure we did it right.
Once we decided on a floor plan Jess and Brandi worked with us to customize the plan to our
specifications. All the while, being sensitive to our needs yet providing advice at the right time to keep us within our defined budget. We discussed how the process would work and they let us know up front the major decision days we would need to make ourselves available. This was a huge plus as mine and my wife’s work schedules can be difficult to work with. Jess and Brandi were flexible to make adjustments to meet our schedules.
Their build process is well thought out. While talking to Jess I found out that he and Brandi come from a long line of home builders from their respective families. Jess’s dad and brother build homes and Brandi’s step dad and brother build as well. They have taken that experience and lessons learned to develop a sound build process. The crews they work with are crews they have had working relationships with for years and in some cases decades. Not like some builders who change their build crews every job or every year.
We couldn’t be happier with the home Quartz Creek Homes built for us. We set a budget on what we wanted to spend and they worked to ensure we stayed within the budget. They were up front with any additional costs we incurred due to changes or additions we requested. These are Good People. They are not going to mess you over a few bucks. They will take care of you.
